<blockquote><p><strong>Après l&#8217;éruption du mont Barujari en Indonésie, le 28 septembre, un autre volcan s&#8217;est soudainement activé et a fait éruption cette fois-ci au Japon, le Mont Aso.</strong></p></blockquote>
<p>Le mont Barujari est un cône volcanique se situant dans la caldeira du mont Rinjani sur l&#8217;île de Lombok. Pour ceux qui projetaient un trek sur le Rinjani, vaut mieux oublier cela pour les semaines voir les mois à venir. La colonne de fumée s&#8217;élève à plus de 2000 mètres. Le volcan culmine à 3 700 mètres d&#8217;altitude, et ce 28 septembre, plus de 1100 randonneurs durent vite redescendre et fuir rapidement les lieux. </p>

<p>Le mont Aso quant à lui, est le plus vaste des volcans du Japon, mais aussi un des plus actifs. Sa caldeira compte parmi les plus grandes du monde. Aujourd&#8217;hui, <strong>8 octobre 2016, il a fait éruption à 1:56 a.m.</strong> La colonne de fumée et de cendre s&#8217;élève à plus de 1000 mètres et des cendres sont tombées jusqu&#8217;à 30 kilomètres du volcan qui culmine à 1592 mètres et les météorologues estiment que des cendres pourraient atteindre jusqu&#8217;à 250 kilomètres de distance au nord de la montagne. La dernière éruption a eu lieux en septembre 2015 après une période de dormance de 19 ans. Il est situé sur l&#8217;île de Kyushu, à l&#8217;Est de Nagasaki, dans la préfecture de Kumamoto</p>
<p>Le Japon compte 12 volcans en activité.</p>
